  • Accounts are non-transferable; users must keep login details secure.

4. Live Streaming Services

  • Tutors must comply with UK education standards (e.g., DfE guidelines).
  • Students must respect tutors and other participants (no harassment, bullying, or illegal content).
  • Sessions may be recorded for quality and safeguarding purposes.

5. Payments & Refunds

  • All fees are in GBP (£) and subject to UK Consumer Rights Act 2015.
  • Refunds are processed within 14 days if services are not delivered as described.
  • Subscription cancellations must be made 7 days before renewal.

6. Data Protection (GDPR Compliance)

  • We collect personal data (name, email, payment details) under UK GDPR.
  • Data is used only for service provision and not shared unlawfully.
  • Users have the right to access, correct, or delete their data.

7. Prohibited Conduct
